Role & Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, journal vouchers, and maintaining books of accounts in Tally / Tally Prime / ERP.
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes vendor invoices, payment processing, customer billing, and follow-ups.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and provisional / finalization of accounts.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments by preparing required schedules, ledgers, and explanations.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for Income Tax, GST, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with banks for payments, fund transfers, and resolving banking-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to company accounting policies, internal controls, and timelines.
- Assist the Accounts Manager / Finance Head in any other accounting or taxation-related tasks as assigned.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience:



24 years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Taxation (preferably in a mid-size or growing company).
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent. CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates will be preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime (mandatory).
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax provisions, and related compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and MS Office.
- Familiarity with e-invoicing, e-way bill portal, and GST portal is highly desirable.

- Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity.

- Preferred: Candidates with experience in manufacturing, trading, or service industry will have an added advantage. Immediate joiners preferred.
