QC Chemist

Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry)

Experience: 4 to 5 Years

Description:

- Facilitate sampling of raw materials & finished goods to get a prescribed sample as per SOP (Standard operational procedure).
- Inspect and analyse samples in accordance with the quality plans and documented procedures within stipulated time.
- Maintain & clean instruments & ensure calibration & standardization of measuring & test equipment, LAB reagents etc. used for quality control as per SOP.
- Maintain highest standards of housekeeping & safety in the laboratory during work Prepare COA(certificate of analysis) for various reports like; RM (raw material)/PM (Purchased material) and FG (finished goods) and submit the same to immediate superior for approval.
- Maintain protected work practices by using the applicable PPEs (Personnel protective equipment) w.r.t LAB.
- Instruments exposure / knowledge of TLC, GC, HPLC, Wet chemistry, etc.
