Qualification: MBA in Finance

Experience: 7 years + (Fund Management, Banking and Treasury)

Description:

- Handling Banking matters renewal of Working facility agreement
- Negotiate fund cost and tracking the same
- Manage the fund based and non fund based limits
- Handle LC, BG issuance, and closing with documentation
- Support CFO in raising funds with Banks, WC and Project fundings and FIs and complete documentation work
- Liason with Banks and handle banking level escalations,Preparation of CMA sheet
- Responsible for Banking compliances from time to time,Stock statement, FFR , DP Plan etc
- Handle Forex mgmt and Forward contracts and Hedging
- Look in to Credit rating and liason with Rating agencies
- Handle and support and Treasury and Invetment functions




- Day to day fund planning and fund mgmt
- Tracking and monitoring Finance and various Bank charges
- evaluating the Capital Budgeting proposals, make or buy,own or lease etc
- Handled fund limit of more than 50 Cr with muplti level bank handling
- Positive in communication and effective liason with Banks and Rating agencies.
