5 Years - Junior Architect

10 years - Senior Architect

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to lead our design and project teams in delivering innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust portfolio showcasing their expertise in designing sales lounges, PEB structures, and facades. You'll be responsible for managing projects from concept to commission, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership:
- Develop and lead the architectural design vision for sales lounges and other projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
- Create conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and specifications for construction.

2. Project Management:
- Manage projects from concept stage through to commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.

3. PEB and Facade Expertise:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and facade design principles,



ensuring structural integrity, aesthetic appeal, and functionality.
- Collaborate with structural engineers and facade consultants to develop innovative and efficient solutions.

4. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Present design concepts and progress updates to clients, addressing their feedback and concerns.

5. Team Collaboration and Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor junior architects, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow professionally.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.

6. Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure all designs and projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to guarantee high standards of workmanship and design excellence.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- Strong design and detailing skills
- Ability to lead and take decisions
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
