Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze sales, stock, liquidation, ageing, and business performance data.
- Maintain dashboards for management review.
- Generate reports from SAP, Excel, and other business systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely report circulation.
- Automate manual reports using advanced Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, or Power BI.
- Coordinate with stores, finance, supply chain, and category teams for data validation.
- Track KPIs such as sales, margin, stock cover, ageing, sell-through, etc.
- Support management with ad-hoc analysis and presentations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities in reporting systems.
