Role & responsibilities
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 615 years of experience in contractor billing within the real estate or construction industry.
- Robust knowledge of RA Bills, Final Bills, BOQ, Quantity Surveying, and Rate Analysis.
- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial building projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
