Whistling Woods International (WWI) is India's premier Film, Communication & Creative Arts Institute. Since its inception in 2006, WWI has successfully delivered world-class education in all creative and technical aspects of filmmaking. Located inside Mumbai's Filmcity Complex, students receive hands-on instruction in the discipline they want to pursue.

We are looking for a fantastic team member to join us as an Executive Student Production.

Role & responsibilities

- Independently handle the designated Student Project/s assigned by the Head of Department from time to time
- Ensure that all relevant Budgets, Parameters, policies, and Shoot Guidelines have been communicated to the students
- Supervise and oversee the Budgets, Schedules and Logistics handled by the Students and any deviations, to be reported to the Head
- Formulate Pre-production, shoot,



and Post -production schedules in conjunction with the Head and coordinate smoothly with the faculty and students
- Follow up on various deadlines given to the Students on the Projects
- Supervise the shoots and report the shoot problems to the Head
- Follow up with the Students on the Project's post -production status
- Ensure that all the Deliverables of the Project of the completed films are submitted by the Students-to-Students Production on time
- Any other responsibilities given by the Head from time to time

Preferred candidate profile

Valuable communication skills (verbal & written)

Good people management

Background in Film/Media or Communication

Understanding of the film medium and its workings

CTC: Up to 40,000
