This role is responsible for the Planning. design, implementation, and optimization for Transmission networks that delivers data services. Here are the primary responsibilities and skills associated with Job responsibility-

- Network design and Planning for Packetization and Network NMS Server covering TX Network, DCN, GPON, Layer 2 Switch.
- Budgeting & Material-planning for Access Network and Capex proposal for new deployment.
- Capacity Management and Analysis for TX network of fiber segment for HWM, LWM, GPON Capacity in OLT network.
- AOP planning for Access Network
- Budgeting & Material planning for Access Network
- preparation of Various network Proposal
- Monitor and analysed network capacity trends to predict and prevent potential congestion (HWM)
- Create upgrade plans for network expansion and handle capacity requests to support recent site integrations and customer requirements (Capacity Enhancement)
- Analyse and resolve network issues related to transmission systems by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Planning Optimization of Transmission network from legacy to new Technology (SDH to Packet, optimization of Zero Topology)
- New Technology adoption with help of Strategic planning team
- Access planning network Audit
- Technical Documentation and Compliance Prepare technical documentation and compliance guidelines, establishing processes for operational standards.
- Optimization of network for IRU and Site optimisation for Opex saving. Planning Optimization of Transmission network from legacy to new Technology (SDH to Packet, optimization of Zero Topology and Zero drop muxes)




- Collaboration with Cross-Domain -Collaborate with network deployment teams to oversee the installation and testing. Work with regional team and customer support teams to address technical issues and improve service quality. Coordinate with vendors and contractors on procurement, installation, and maintenance tasks.
- Candidate should have soft skills and familiar with MS including advance excel and Power BI

Span of control: PAN India Key Customer NOC, Regional Planning team, Product Team, SCM. Necessary Preferred Skills

- Working/Hands on knowledge GPON, L2 Switches, Nokia , Cisco L2&L3; Network devices.
- Capex approval and Project planning.
- Working/Hands on knowledge of Excel, PPT
- Technical Knowledge of Transmission Technologies
- Capacity Planning and Forecasting
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Practical working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of network materials and their applications in transmission and network infrastructure

Qualification

Bachelor in Electronics and Communication Engineering Or

Post Diploma Or Diploma in Electronics Engg

Overall Work Experience > 10 Years Behavioural Attributes

- Work closely with other cross functional Teams.
- Self-motivated with positive attitude
- Strong Analytical/Problem solving skill
