Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions using Python
- Build, train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine-learning and deep-learning models
- Develop and maintain data-preprocessing, feature-engineering, and model-training pipelines
- Convert research prototypes and notebooks into clean, production-ready code
- Implement and scale model-serving APIs for inference using Flask or FastAPI
- Work with LLMs and generative AI prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, and vector databases
- Run experiments, track metrics, and analyse model performance
- Monitor deployed models for accuracy, drift, and performance, and resolve issues
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into products in collaboration with engineering teams
- Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

Qualification and Experience:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in Python development with a focus on AI.




- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience building and deploying machine-learning models in production

Technical Expertise:

- Strong proficiency in Python 3.x and ML libraries (scikit-learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Solid data-handling skills with Pandas and NumPy
- Solid understanding of core AI concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics, regularization)
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
- Experience with LLMs / generative AI (fine-tuning, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering) strong advantage
- Building and consuming REST APIs (Flask / FastAPI) for model serving
- SQL and working with structured and unstructured data
- Docker, Git, and CI/CD practices
