Post Qualification Experience :

- 6-10 years in
- Master Data Management,
- Process Transition,
- Operational Centralization & Efficiency, and
- Change Management

THE ROLE : -

- The role is to build and operationalize the COE Matter team, as well as drive other operational centralization and efficiency initiatives.
- We are looking for an experienced candidate who has led an MDM COE team, with strong ownership of process and governance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : -

The incumbent will primarily be in charge of:

Master Data setup : -

- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely creation, change, and blocking of new matters in ERP/MDM systems, with solid controls Process SOPs
- Design, maintain, and enforce SOPs, makerchecker controls, documentation standards, and close audit points on time.
- SLA driven service delivery and performance management
- Run day to day operations (queues, allocations) to meet agreed SLAs on TAT, first time right %, with regular performance reporting to stakeholders.




- Perform quality audit to ensure Operations are compiled as per defined SOPs and no risk on Matter master quality.
- Continuous improvement and automation of the process
- Drive standardization, automation, enhancements (workflows, validations, integrations) to reduce manual work, rework.
- Effective stakeholder governance and people leadership
- Lead and develop the team, run governance with Finance, Digital, Practice Partners & team to resolve issues, align on policies, and create business support partnering

CANDIDATE PROFILE : -

Education & Experience : -

- Advanced Excel knowledge, with a strong interest in learning new systems and tools such as PowerPoint.
- Graduate / Post Graduate with commercial acumen, certified six sigma experience and managed an operation transition
- Essential Competencies (Skills & Attributes) : -
- Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Team management Able to lead a team with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on team engagement and collaboration
