Perform ferrite content testing on stainless steel materials, welds, and fabricated components. Operate portable ferrite meters to obtain accurate and reliable measurements. Interpret ferrite test results in accordance with project specifications and international standards. Prepare inspection reports and maintain proper documentation. Ensure compliance with client specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Experience Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in ferrite content testing within Oil Gas, Fabrication, or Industrial projects. Proficient in operating portable ferrite testing equipment. Knowledge of AWS A4.2, ISO 8249, and client specifications. Experience in ferrite test interpretation and reporting.
NDT inspection experience will be an added advantage. Solid communication and reporting skills. UAE/GCC experience preferred. Immediate joiners preferred.
Minimum Qualification:
Certification in Ferrite Testing or relevant qualification. Engineering or technical diploma preferred. Additional NDT certifications will be an advantage.
