Domain Expertise

We are hiring professionals with experience in:

- IT Recruitment
- Non-IT Recruitment

Experience in Leadership Hiring and Niche Hiring will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to successful candidate joining.
- Understand client requirements and identify the right talent within defined timelines.
- Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist high-quality candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Consistently achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Required Experience

Hands-on experience in one or more of the following recruitment domains:

- IT Recruitment




- Non-IT Recruitment
- Leadership Hiring
- Niche Hiring

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Experience in Executive Search, Permanent Hiring, Leadership Hiring, or Volume Hiring will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of successful closures and effective client and candidate relationship management.
