Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging BFSI training sessions to college students.
Cover banking operations, financial products, insurance, compliance, customer service, and employability skills.
Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and practical learning activities.
Track student progress and maintain training documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality training delivery.
Requirements:
24 years of experience in the BFSI industry or as a BFSI Trainer.
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Location: Mira Road & Vasai (Work From Office)
