Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager / Production In-Charge to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and improving the complete production process while ensuring productivity, quality, cost control, and timely delivery. The role requires solid leadership and coordination with design, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.

- Monitor production from Order Confirmation to Dispatch.

- Allocate manpower and machines efficiently.

- Supervise a team of 15-20 employees.

- Monitor the complete production flow including planning, BOM, material availability, VMC machining, fabrication, outsourced operations, straightening, grinding & painting, assembly, quality inspection, packing & dispatch.

- Track daily production against planned targets and conduct review meetings.

- Maintain production dashboards and MIS using Excel.





- Ensure adherence to quality standards and reduce rejection/rework.

- Coordinate with Purchase for timely material availability.

- Ensure optimum utilization of VMC machines and other equipment.

- Train and mentor production staff.

- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
