Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 10-12+ years of experience in Sales.
B.Tech required
Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Customer-oriented, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proven ability to manage the full project sales cyclefrom lead generation to payment collection support
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, EPCs, and end-users
- Capable of handling both large-scale project bids and key account negotiations
- Proficiency in preparing technical-commercial offers, tenders, and quotations
- Sound understanding of pricing, margin management, payment terms, and credit control.
