Job Description:

- Coordinated the implementation of infection prevention and control (IPC) policies and protocols across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Collaborated with the Infection Prevention and Control Committee (IPCC) in outbreak investigations, risk assessments, and identification of potential infection hazards related to equipment and practices.
- Conducted periodic training sessions on infection prevention and control practices for healthcare workers at the primary site and project-associated sites.
- Performed surveillance and monitoring of Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs),



including Bloodstream Infections (BSI), Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infections (CAUTI), Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia (VAP), Surgical Site Infections (SSI), and spot surveillance activities.
- Conducted regular audits and monitored compliance related to hand hygiene, biomedical waste management, environmental cleaning practices, and injection safety protocols.
