We are hiring for the position of Product Manager. Please find the brief job description below for your reference.

1) Product Strategy & Design

- Define and refine LAP product programs (Residential/Commercial LAP, OD/Term Loan, LRD, Top-up, BT & BT+Top-Up, Micro-LAP).
- Create segment-specific constructs: ticket sizes, LTV, FOIR/DBR, income surrogates (banking, GST, ITR, turnover, cash flows), and geo-specific policies.
- Build value propositions: TAT guarantees, digital onboarding, semi-formal & MSME focus.
- Draft and maintain SOPs, checklists, policy notes, and Product Program Guidelines (PPG).

2) Digital Journeys

- Own E2E customer digital journey: lead capture eligibility offer KYC legal/tech disbursal servicing.

Implement digital underwriting: bank statement analyzers, GST fetches, bureau APIs, income calculators, LOS/LMS orchestration.

3) Partnerships & Distribution Enablement





- Develop DSA/DST program: empanelment, payout grids, productivity dashboards.
- Anchor the insurance partnerships and manage key aspects including product offerings, claims etc.
- Enable cross-sell with internal channels (existing borrowers, BT-in, top-up) and geo-expansion playbooks.

4) Go-To-Market (GTM) & Growth

- Own GTM plans for current cities/branches including offer campaigns, sourcing mix etc.
- Create sales enablement collaterals including product notes, pitch decks, objection handlers, calculators, and eligibility grids.

Partner with Marketing for performance campaigns (SEM, vernacular creatives), local BTL, and affinity partnerships.
