About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other ad networks. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, campaign management experience, and a good understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Programmatic platforms (preferred)

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as:

- ROAS
- CPC
- CTR
- CPA
- Conversions

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective allocation of spends.
- Create performance reports and derive actionable insights.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and marketing teams for ad assets and campaign alignment.
- A/B test creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends,



platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, or related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in paid media/performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager

- Robust understanding of campaign metrics and analytics tools.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus.

- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Understanding of funnel marketing and audience segmentation
