Team Lead Motherhub Operations

Experience: 25 years in Warehouse, Motherhub, Logistics, Supply Chain, or FMCG Operations, with 1–2 years of team handling experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day Motherhub operations and ensure smooth inbound, storage, and outbound activities.
- Supervise warehouse associates and shift operations to achieve productivity targets.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO compliance and proper storage practices.
- Track stock movement and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, transport, and cross-functional teams for timely dispatches.
- Monitor KPIs such as productivity, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and turnaround time.
- Prepare daily operational MIS and shift reports.
- Train current team members and ensure discipline and process compliance.
- Support process improvement initiatives to reduce operational losses and improve efficiency.
