The Consumer Analytics Analyst will execute a wide range of analytics tasks, including data collection, audience segmentation, profiling, website audits, and monitoring key behavior metrics. Additionally, you will support the development of CRM strategies by implementing analytics solutions that enhance products and services. As part of this role, you will assist business teams by providing connected data solutions and establishing metrics that directly influence business outcomes. This role supports decision-making processes,



monitors strategic implementation, and enhances performance in digital and social spaces.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor??s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Analytics, Marketing, Business)

- 3??5 years of overall experience in data, analytics, or related roles

- Exposure to consumer analytics, digital marketing, or data visualization

- Intermediate SQL proficiency (mandatory); Python knowledge is a plus

- Proficiency in Excel and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong presentation skills with the ability to apply storytelling techniques to communicate insights effectively

- Strong learning agility, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset

- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with teams

- Fluency in English

- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis

- Experience in analytical working setup in a team

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform basic data analysis to generate actionable insights using first-party consumer data

- Support analytical approaches to solve business questions and identify key trends (with guidance)

- Assist in CRM data management, including organizing, validating, and reviewing datasets

- Track and report KPIs (e.g., engagement, traffic) and support insight reporting to stakeholders

- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver tasks and enable knowledge sharing

- Maintain explicit communication and actively contribute to improving processes and outcomes

- Support identification of data sources and assist in monitoring systems to drive performance improvements

- Contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency across marketing and analytics operation
