Working Hours:8.5hours / day(US Shift)

Role Requirements:

- This position currently requiresWork from Home during Night Shiftas per project needs.

- The candidate must beflexible to travelbased on business requirements during this period.

- There may be aprepone in shift timing, which will be reviewed post-transition.

- Following the transition, the role will shift to aHybrid Work from Office model, in alignment with company guidelines.

Role Summary:

The individual willbe part ofthe general accounting process in the NEC Global Shared Servicecentre(GSSC) for all country units.

Qualification Criteria/Work Experience

Essential:

- Must have proven experience in RTR process preferably in a shared service environment managing a team of executives ranging from entry to experienced individuals

- Strong attention to detail, organised and results orientated

- Good working knowledge of Finance processes

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Exposure to SAP Finance & relevant modules

- RTR process re-engineering and project management skills

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office

Overall Project/Task description

- Gathering, administration and cleansing of master data





- Create/ Update item codes as per the request of the business teamsand proper approval

- Create/ Update vendor codes as per the request of the business teamsand proper approval

- Create/ Update customer codes as per the request of the business teamsand proper approval

- Work with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure master data information is obtainedin a timely manner

- Maintenance and continuedmonitoringof master data to ensure accuracy and completeness to ensure data meets mandatory requirements

- Monitor and improve data quality byidentifyingduplicates, inconsistencies, and errors

- Validate data accuracy through checks and audits beforefinalizingentries

- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of recent data management tools or modules

- Investigate and resolve data-related issues, such as incorrect entries or system errors

- Assisttower lead in publishing of data reports to internal stakeholders

- Solve routine problems through precedence and referring to general guidelines

- Timeliness:Perform MDM tasks as per defined Turn Around Time

- Accuracy: Ensure 100% accuracy rate in day-to-day activities to ensure service levelagreementsare met
