Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and manage enterprise firewall solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network security incidents.
- Manage firewall policies, VPNs, NAT, and security rule changes.
- Perform packet analysis, security monitoring, and root cause analysis.
- Integrate firewalls with Active Directory, IAM, SIEM, and other security tools.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and maintain security compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and OEM vendors for issue resolution.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Network Security and Firewall Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco ASA, or Fortinet firewalls.
- Robust knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VPN, NAT,



and the OSI Model.
- Experience working with Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
- Familiarity with SIEM, IAM, packet capture tools (Wireshark/tcpdump), and ITSM processes.
- Firewall certification (Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco ASA, or Fortinet) is preferred.
