Role & responsibilities

• running the SBU program management engine under HeadPM&A;, ensuring governance cadence, action closures and decision velocity.
• maintaining integrated program schedules, dependency maps and constraint logs across approvals, design, procurement and delivery.
• enforcing risk and change control discipline with quantified impacts.
• converting PMC reporting into recovery plans and on-time outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Build and maintain integrated program plan (milestones, critical path, decision gates) across all project workstreams.

2. Run governance cadence (weekly reviews, stage-gates) and maintain decision log, action tracker and escalation ageing.

3. Maintain dependency matrix and constraint log; coordinate removals with owners and track closure SLAs.

4.



Own risk register governance (identify, quantify, mitigate); run periodic risk reviews and escalation notes.

5. Enforce change control workflow: scope/time/cost impact assessment, approvals, communication and audit trails.

6. Validate PMC reporting integrity and convert insights into corrective actions and recovery plans with GC accountability.

7. Coordinate cross-functional readiness (approvals, design freezes, long-leads, commissioning) to keep execution unblocked.

8. Publish program MIS dashboards (time/cost/quality/safety/cash/customer readiness) for SBU leadership forums.
