A leading API manufacturing organization is looking for a dynamic CEO to lead a critical growth and transformation phase.

Looking for someone with exp in Sales / Business Development along with exp in driving strategy

What we're looking for:

20+ years in API manufacturing (Mandatory)
Prior experience as CEO, COO, Business Head, SBU Head, or Plant Business Leader OR Plant Head
Robust techno-commercial orientation with hands-on execution capability
Exposure to expansion projects, customer JVs/partnerships, and scale-up situations
Comfortable in a mid-sized entrepreneurial setup (not a large structured corporate)

P& L Accountability

The role:

- Drive strategy, growth planning & profitability with promoters
- Lead manufacturing scale-up & strategic customer partnerships
- Own plant performance, cost optimization & operational excellence
- Build a high-performance, execution-driven culture
- Strengthen governance, compliance & stakeholder relationships
