Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce programs. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing Salesforce projects, facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining high quality and stakeholder satisfaction. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience in Agile methodologies and Salesforce project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Drive Agile delivery for Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.
- Partner with Product Owners on backlog, sprint, and release planning.




- Remove delivery impediments and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Track Agile metrics including Velocity and Burndown.
- Coordinate business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Promote Agile best practices and ensure quality delivery.
- Support release planning across multiple Salesforce workstreams.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years as Scrum Master.
- Salesforce implementation/delivery experience.
- Hands-on Scrum delivery.
- Knowledge of Agile metrics, backlog and release management.
- Experience with distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership.
- Jira and/or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications

- CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master certification.
- Enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation experience.
