You will be part of the Consumer Insights team supporting, delivering actionable insights to drive business decision-making and strengthen consumer-centric strategies.

You will work on data, generating cross-category and cross-market consumer insights, while ensuring data quality, governance, and alignment with global frameworks.

Your role will involve synthesizing multiple data sources into clear insights, supporting stakeholders across markets, and managing processes related to ongoing tracking studies. You will also ensure consistency, reliability,



and usability of insights across markets while driving continuous improvement in insight delivery and governance.

What are we looking for?
- 3-5 years of experience in related fields

- Bachelor??s / Master??s (Stats / Analytics / Marketing etc.)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Experience in consumer research (quantitative & qualitative)

- Experience working with multiple data sources and research platforms

- Strong stakeholder and project management skills across multiple markets

- Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities

- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in complex, multi-market environments

- Excel, PowerPoint, Nielsen Discovery, Kantar Explorer, HIVE, Coupa

- Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support business decision-making by delivering relevant and actionable consumer insights

- Deliver market-specific insights across multiple markets

- Generate cross-category insights using a multi-market perspective

- Analyze data to develop deep-dive consumer insights

- Manage administrative processes related to research studies (including coordination with legal and finance teams)

- Coordinate and ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across markets

- Work with multiple data sources and platforms to build robust insights frameworks

- Collaborate with stakeholders across markets to align priorities and ensure effective delivery

- Translate data into explicit presentations and storytelling outputs for business stakeholders

- Identify opportunities to improve insights delivery, processes, and governance frameworks
