Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the global indirect sourcing team to achieve cost savings targets through strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Develop and execute category management plans, including spend analysis, RFX creation, and supplier selection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform procurement decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in indirect sourcing or a related field (e.g., e-sourcing).
- Robust understanding of S2P (Source-to-Pay) processes and tools such as Ariba or Coupa.
- Proven track record of achieving significant cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives.
