Job Role: Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Handle technical support queries and provide effective resolutions through voice-based interactions.

Oversee and manage technical aspects related to new and repair construction projects.

Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during various phases of construction and maintenance activities.

Maintain accurate documentation and reports regarding project status and technical support activities.

Eligibility Criteria:





- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction engineering, including recent construction and repair projects
- Strong understanding of construction materials, engineering methods, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in rotational week-offs, shifts, and extended working hours as required
