We are looking for an experienced Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Finance & Accounting processes, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Financial Analysis. The ideal candidate should have experience in ERP-based finance operations, process improvement, reconciliations, and month-end financial closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Handle Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities including invoicing, collections, cash applications, and dispute resolution.
- Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes such as vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor reconciliation.
- Perform Record-to-Report (R2R) activities including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, budgeting support, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and business teams to resolve finance-related issues.
- Support audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of AR, AP, O2C, P2P, and R2R processes.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP (FI/CO), Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.
- Good understanding of General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query is an advantage).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CA Inter, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Experience in Shared Services, Global Capability Centers (GCC), or Consulting organizations is an added advantage.
