Responsibilities

- Assist in sales operations, including sales forecasting, sales performance analysis, and sales strategy development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Learn and apply sales management principles, including sales process, sales techniques, and sales metrics.
- Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing,



and product development.

Requirements

- MBA degree from a recognized university.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- Basic knowledge of sales management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
