- Support the recruitment and hiring of blue-collar employees, including Delivery Associates and other ground-level staff.
- Source candidates through various recruitment channels and coordinate the hiring process.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule interviews.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Track and monitor daily employee attendance and working hours.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
- Analyse attendance data, absenteeism, working hours, and employee trends.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Maintain accurate employee and recruitment data.
- Coordinate with the HR and Operations teams for recruitment and attendance-related activities.
- Support other HR activities and projects as required.
