Role & responsibilities

- Manage customer invoices and payment follow-ups.

- Maintain Accounts Receivable records and customer ledgers.

- Perform account reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Finance teams for collections.

- Prepare MIS reports and update payment records.

- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

- Maintain accurate records using MS Excel and Tally/ERP

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Com / M.Com (Freshers can apply).

- 0 to 2 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.

- Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Tally ERP and MS Excel.

- Good communication and analytical skills.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
