Role & Responsibilities

- Develop architectural designs from concept to construction documentation.
- Prepare schematic designs, working drawings, GFC drawings, and detailed construction documents.
- Create and manage architectural drawings in AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and incorporate client feedback into project deliverables.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings and design intent.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
- Research and recommend suitable materials, products, and sustainable design solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, BIM technologies, and construction practices.





Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project documentation.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction drawings.
- Good understanding of the National Building Code (NBC), local building bye-laws, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and industry best practices.
- Experience in Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, Hospitality, or Institutional projects will be an added advantage.
