- Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, allocation, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and software licenses.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty, AMC, repairs, and service requests.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor asset movement, stock reconciliation, and inventory audits.
- Support data center asset management and IT infrastructure operations.
- Coordinate installation, relocation, and decommissioning of IT hardware.
- Ensure compliance with asset management policies and documentation standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely asset allocation and issue resolution.
