* Assist in IMS and GSTR-2B reconciliation to ensure accurate GST input tax credit.

* Perform GST reconciliation by matching purchase records with GST returns and resolving discrepancies.

* Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

* Process and maintain employee salary slips and related payroll documentation.

* Book vendor invoices accurately in the accounting system and ensure timely recording.

* Upload Journal Vouchers (JVs) and payment entries in the accounting software.

* Verify supporting documents for accounting entries and maintain proper records.

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting and reconciliation issues.

* Support month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with company policies.

* Maintain organized financial records and assist with other accounting tasks as assigned.

Skills Required:

* Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software.
