Preferred candidate profile
Graduate or PG with 7-10 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, with a strong focus on lateral hiring
- Experience in EPC / Construction / Infra Projects industry only.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels and methodologies.
