Job Role: Project Manager
Location: Mumbai

Experience : 5 to 7 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end delivery of integration and API projects.
2. Manage development, enhancement, and 24x7 production support teams for IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE/ESB), IBM DataPower, IBM API Connect, and IBM MQ.
3. Coordinate with business, application, infrastructure, and vendor teams for project execution and issue resolution.
4. Manage incidents, problems, changes, releases, and production deployments.
5. Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource utilization.
6. Conduct governance meetings, provide status reports, and manage customer escalations.
7. Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, security policies, and banking regulations.
8. Drive continuous improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
9. Experience in Banking Integration, REST/SOAP APIs, API Management, and Middleware platforms.
10. Knowledge of ITIL processes, Agile/Scrum, Release Management, and Production Support.
11. Exposure to OpenShift/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and monitoring tools is preferred.
12. Excellent project management, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
