Job Role: Appointment Generation Executive (Tata Wealth) Voice Process

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate appointments for the sales team through outbound calling.
- Communicate professionally with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly appointment generation targets.
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards during customer interactions.

Eligibility:

- HSC and Graduates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

Shift Timings:

- 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off:

- 3 fixed Sundays off every month.
- 1 Sunday rotational off every month.

Salary:

- Net salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 per month,



based on interview performance.

Incentives:

- Monthly performance-based incentives ranging from 1,000 to 50,000.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
