Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Oversee sales floor layout, inventory management, and visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Supervise staff performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and safety protocols.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in retail management or related field.
- Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control systems and loss prevention measures.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
