POSITION : Piping Material Engineer

Dept : Plant Piping Engineering

Location : Vadodara/ Mumbai

Roles Responsibilities:

- Piping Material Specifications

- Valve Material Specifications / Valve Data Sheets

- Technical Specifications for Procurement of Piping Items

- Design Calculations:
- Pipe wall Thickness A/G U/U
- Branch Reinforcement
- Bolt Tension and Torque, etc.

- MTO Consolidation

- Work Volume Consolidation:
- Inch Dia
- Inch Meter
- Insulation
- Painting
- NDE etc.

- Piping SP Items Data Sheets (Strainer, Steam Traps, etc. )

- Material Requisition ; Vendor Offers Review ; Tech. Bid Evaluation ; Vendor Drawings Review

- Familiarization with ASME B31.3 and other Industry Codes / Standards

Note:- 1 yrs Contract and every year will be Extendable.
