About the Role

We are looking for a Spanish Language Specialist with experience in Order Management and Customer Service operations. The role involves handling end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) activities, processing customer orders, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess robust communication skills, and have experience working with SAP and MS Excel in a customer-facing operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and process customer orders through calls, emails, and customer portals
- Handle end-to-end sales order processing and fulfillment activities
- Ensure accuracy, documentation, monitoring, and traceability of customer orders
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Billing, and other support teams to resolve order-related issues
- Create credit notes as per defined procedures and policies
- Support invoice processing and billing activities
- Resolve commercial and non-commercial customer queries efficiently




- Escalate non-routine issues to Team Leads as per escalation matrix
- Maintain SLA, productivity, and quality targets
- Provide audit support, archiving, and records retention support
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and customers in English and Spanish
