What are we looking for
- Telecom products: MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN, Voice, Wireless
- Network fundamentals: IP, VLANs, bandwidth, routing concepts
- Order Management Provisioning systems (Amdocs/ Netcracker / ServiceNow)
- Strong understanding of activation workflows
- Excel / data analysis (validation reconciliation)
- KPls:
- Order cycle time (TAT)
- Fallout rate
- First-time-right activation %
- Rework reductionServiceNow Order Management
- Inventory systems exposure
- Understanding of network configs (read-level)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Order to Activate lifecycle
- Validate customer orders for technical commercial feasibility
- Coordinate with Sales, Network, Field Ops, and Vendors
- Configure services via provisioning systems
- Track order fallout and drive resolution
- Ensure billing readiness clean handover to Assurance
- Maintain activation SLAs and documentatio
