Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 2-7years

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct interviews.





Coordinate with hiring managers and close positions as per requirements.

Post job openings and manage recruitment activities.

Maintain candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.

Prepare recruitment reports and ensure timely hiring

Requirements:

Experience in Non-IT recruitment.

Solid communication and interviewing skills.

Knowledge of job portals, ATS, and recruitment tools.

Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Monthly Incentives + Half-Yearly Increment.

2nd & 4th Saturday Off
