Job Requirements :

- Proven track record of leading high-profile projects involving large-scale change initiatives.
- Robust understanding of digital transformation principles and their application in various industries (e.g., retail, healthcare).
- Experience working on transactions or mergers & acquisitions processes from due diligence through integration.
