The mission of the Swiss Accounting Manager is to ensure end-to-end ownership of Swiss accounting activities delivered from the Global Finance Shared Services Centre, with full accountability for quality, compliance, timeliness, and transparency.

The Manager requires a high level of autonomy, solid accounting skills and judgment, and effective leadership, acting as a trusted and proactive counterpart to Geneva accounting team and Geneva Finance stakeholders while continuously strengthening controls, performance management, and team capability. The Manager will have the responsibility to support the accounting team in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with IFRS regulations.
