Redefining Accounting

- Accounting should not be just for accountants. The way the world works today, incredibly important data sits locked away in softwares that only accounting professionals can use. The people on the front lines who are actually bringing in the revenue, making and approving expenses, are thus far removed from this valuable data. Accounting should be everyone's business.
- We want to completely redefine how we do and think about accounting. We want to create systems and processes and deploy softwares that make it possible for everyone to have easy access to the data, easily analyse and process it to suit their needs, so everyone can see the big picture at any point.

Job responsibilities

- Checking all bills received on site and booking them on Tally. Making entries and categorizing for non site related bills like utilities, consultants etc. in the ERP




- Maintaining the books on time in an organised manner.
- All financial compliances including monthly and quarterly TDS & GST returns, CA Certificates, Cost and means report etc .
- Annual IT returns , P&L; statement, balance sheet.
- All Bank statement reconciliation, Customer and Vendors ledger reconciliation.
- Tracking and maintaining inter company money transfers in a systematic manner.
- Processing all payments through relevant payment modes.
- Coordination with external accounting agencies as and when necessary.
- Coordinate and follow-up with other internal departments as and when needed.
- All ROC compliances.
- Updating the Company on various tax-related laws, notifications, circulars, particularly having impact on the Real Estate Industry.
- Carrying out periodical internal audits on site.

Preferred candidate profile

- Prior experience of real estate
- Prior experience of doing financials of a public limited company
