Role & responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and business performance of stressed companies.
- Conduct financial due diligence and credit analysis.
- Prepare financial models, valuation reports, and restructuring proposals.
- Support debt resolution, restructuring, and turnaround assignments.
- Assist in preparing Information Memorandums (IMs), investor presentations, and reports.
- Perform industry, market, and competitor research.
- Coordinate with lenders, investors, legal advisors, and clients.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and management presentations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Must be a CA qualified
- 1- 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Stressed Assets, Insolvency, Investment Banking, Credit Analysis, Valuation, or Corporate Finance.
- CA Freshers with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in stressed assets are encouraged to apply.
