Role Overview

We are seeking high-performing professionals with a strong blend of banking domain knowledge, technology architecture expertise, and hands-on digital delivery experience. In this role, you will help financial institutions navigate large-scale transformation programs driven by cloud, AI, data, and modern platforms. You will operate across business, technology, and data layers, translating strategic objectives into scalable, outcome-driven solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications (Resume Screening Criteria)

To be considered for this role, candidates must explicitly demonstrate the following core skills and experience on their resumes:

- Qualified Experience: 5–10 years of experience specifically within banking technology, technology consulting, or digital transformation roles.
- Banking Domain Expertise: Strong, proven expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Core Banking
- Lending / Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
- CRM & Digital Banking platforms
- Payments
- Treasury

- Enterprise Architecture & Design: Solid understanding and practical experience with:

- Enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and cloud-native systems.
- Scalable solution design using API-led, microservices, and distributed architectures.

- Emerging Tech & Data Platforms: Practical exposure to AI/ML use cases,



data platforms, and analytics-driven decisioning.
- Delivery & Implementation: Hands-on experience executing technology implementations or large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Consulting & Leadership: Strong consulting fundamentals, including structured problem-solving, senior stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Delivery: Lead and deliver banking technology transformation engagements from initial solution design through to final execution.
- Roadmap Definition: Define target operating models, architectures, and implementation roadmaps across core banking, digital, and data ecosystems.
- Strategy Alignment: Align business, technology, and data strategies to drive measurable outcomes for clients.
- Architecture Oversight: Design scalable architecture solutions and bridge the gap between high-level architecture and practical delivery realities.
- Innovation Integration: Embed AI/ML and automation use cases directly into business processes across the banking value chain.
- Stakeholder & Team Management: Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
- Client Relationship & Growth: Build senior client relationships as a trusted technology advisor, contribute to proposals/RFPs, and identify opportunities to expand client engagements.
