CA Industrial Trainee

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct expense and variance analysis and prepare trend analysis
- Help with the preparation of management reports and presentations
- Assist in internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules and documentation
- Support internal control reviews and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist with tax-related activities like the preparation and filing of various tax returns.
- Help reconcile financial discrepancies and accounts.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budget targets.




- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and implement efficiencies.
- Assist in automating financial processes and procedures.

- Education:
- Currently pursuing a CA and eligible for industrial training as per ICAI guidelines.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is often an advantage.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools like SQL, Python, or R can be a plus.

- Soft Skills:
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
