Role & responsibilities

- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Saviynt IGA solutions to meet business and compliance needs.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture.
- Define and implement identity governance models (RBAC/ABAC, SoD).
- Align the Saviynt solution with enterprise IAM strategy, compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and audit requirements.
- Oversee integrations with target systems such as AD, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow.
- Develop and customize workflows, connectors, and automated provisioning processes.
- Provide guidance to junior consultants and project team members.
- Translate complex technical solutions into clear business terms.
- Identify areas for system enhancement and optimization.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum of 5 to 9 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
- Extensive hands-on experience (minimum 3 to 5 years)



with the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, including implementation, configuration, and customization
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex Saviynt configurations across modules.
- Strong expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance, SoD, and compliance reporting.
- Experience with Saviynt custom workflows, connectors (REST, JDBC, SOAP), and rule configurations.
- Proficient in JavaScript, SQL, JSON, and REST API integration.
- Hands-on experience integrating with target systems such as SAP, Azure AD, Office 365, Workday, or custom apps.
- Familiar with IAM standards (SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Experience in defining RBAC, ABAC models, and role engineering.
- Robust documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
